Chambord Watermelon Wedge

Ingredients:

30ml Chambord

30ml Appleton VX rum

5cm x 5cm cube of watermelon

Ginger Beer to top

Method:

Muddle watermelon and shake with rum and Chambord. Strain over ice into a highball glass and add ginger beer to top.

Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

This Summer delight is a palate pleaser with the refreshing flavour of watermelon mixed with the sweetness of black raspberries. Whether it’s a drink by the pool or served at a get-together with friends, the Chambord Watermelon Wedge is sure to be a hit on a warm day or night.
