Ingredients:
30ml Chambord
30ml Appleton VX rum
5cm x 5cm cube of watermelon
Ginger Beer to top
Method:
Muddle watermelon and shake with rum and Chambord. Strain over ice into a highball glass and add ginger beer to top.
Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
