The team behind Network Ten’s much-loved TV travel series, Places We Go, are writing an inspiring new book on Australia’s top 100 places to go and they need your help.
Places We Go hosts Jennifer Adams and Clint Bizzell are calling on all Australians to help decide the ultimate list of Australia’s best destinations and adventures for their new travel book, Australia’s Top 100 Places To Go – The Ultimate Bucket List, to be released in December through Explore Australia Publishing.
Currently in its sixth series, filming Places We Go has taken Jen and Clint to many amazing places right across the country. Australia’s Top 100 Places To Go – The Ultimate Bucket List will feature all of their favourite destinations but they certainly haven’t done it all. Now they’re asking fellow Aussie travellers to share the best places to add the ultimate bucket list when travelling in Australia.
Jen said she and Clint want to know the places other people love to go and are excited to feature the best entries in their book. Fellow Aussie travellers that share their favourite places will have the chance to be in the book and win their ultimate bucket list holiday.
‘Our book, just like our TV series, is all about real travel by real travellers. We have so many special memories of places that we want to share and we also want to know what other people think – what’s their ultimate Aussie destination?,’ she said.
‘It could be the place you spent summers as a child and now you take your own family there every year. Maybe it’s a great little place you discovered on a road trip, or a special place you always go back to celebrate an anniversary. Or the first place you’d tell a friend from overseas to put on their itinerary.’
Clint added this was Australia’s chance to create the definitive list of our country’s best travel experiences.
‘When we’re on the road, the people we meet love sharing their travel stories from all over Australia with us – now it’s time to pick the best of the best and put them into one beautiful book for everyone to share the must-see places and must-do adventures in our own big backyard,’ he shared.
Places We Go has also teamed up with Webjet Australia and Antler Luggage to offer one lucky traveller the chance to win a five-night holiday for two to their bucket list destination, plus great weekly luggage prizes, just for sharing their favourite place.
