Prior to checking in, I was curious and excited in equal measures when asked for my favourite smell, flavour and colour. Needless to say, I was not dissappointed. Upon entering the room I was greeted with a bouquet of oriental lilies, complimentary gourmet biscuits, vanilla candles, Molton bath products and the room seamlessly complimented my individual taste in style.
Not only does 10 Rooms at the Grace Hotel give guests the option of tailoring their decor, style and colour scheme, it also offers priority check in and late check out until 2pm (as someone who isn’t a morning person, this scores the same points as a cafe offering an all day breakfast). Please also be prepared for a sample treat in your room, choice of pillows, free high speed internet and local calls, a large LCD TV, complimentary breakfast, espresso coffee machine and selection of gourmet teas.
Furthermore, if you can peel yourself away from your room, this historic icon is set against Sydney’s skyline and is located in the heart of the city’s CBD, meaning that Darling Harbour and Sydney’s other must see sights, are only a hop, skip and a jump away.
