South Melbourne’s preventative wellbeing sanctuary EQ is an absolute haven for the self. I recently experienced ‘Season 2 Clouded’ and embarked on the three-hour journey, designed to help me de-stress and find calm.
Curated seasonally, EQ’s tailored journeys are designed to meet you exactly where you are. My journey began in the educational theatre with inspiring short films, then moved into the light and sound therapy dome for a meditative experience, followed by the breathwork zone for cycling through a series of guided breathwork techniques. I have never felt so zen. It ended in the hot and cold therapy zone with cold plunge pools (I made it to three minutes, yay!), sauna, heated mineral spa, cold pail shower, and aroma steam room.
