RTT Hypnotherapy has taken off in countries all over the world, including the United States, and is now one of the hottest, most rapid and most effective therapy modalities currently sweeping through down under.
Forest Toime, a leading Australian RTT and Hypnotherapy practitioner and the head therapist at Forestt – RTT Hypnotherapy based in Melbourne, is urging anyone who has even considered a RTT Hypnotherapy session to bite the bullet and give it a shot.
“RTT Hypnotherapy has, and will continue to, change lives all over the world. It can attack any issue using the most cutting-edge, acclaimed therapy technique on the market,” Toime said.
“RTT, or Rapid Transformational Therapy, has scooped up numerous awards since it’s official release in 2017, being embraced as one of the most remarkable combinations of therapeutic techniques to free clients from personal issues with relative speed. It was created by the globally renowned therapist Marisa Peer, who ranks as the most popular contributor to MindValley.
“I was personally taught the practice of RTT by the extraordinary Marisa Peer in Los Angeles – making me one of the first practicing specialists in Australia.”
According to Toime, she believes anyone struggling with self-defeating and destructive habits should seek out a RTT Hypnotherapy treatment. She has answered her most frequently asked questions about the practice.
What is it?
According to Toime, RTT Hypnotherapy is a specialist hypnotherapy technique. It uses hypnosis as an inroad to access habits of subconscious thought that are causing the client to act, think or behave in a way that is causing the problem.
“I bring my client to a point of self realisation and cause a shift in their perception. When I understand the disruptive thought pattern, I apply tools under hypnosis to create this shift and then an individualised mp3 hypnosis recording to ingrain a more helpful way of thinking, perceiving and behaving,” Toime explained.
How does it work?
According to Toime, RTT is an evolved form of hypnotherapy that cuts straight to the core of the negative thought pattern that is creating the issue.
“For every problem you experience, it is ruled by a pattern of thought. During RTT, we figure out exactly where the self-limiting thoughts that are causing your issues came from under hypnosis.
“From this point of self-realisation, I start rewiring your mind and thought-patterns, working on that issue to make substantial shifts in how you naturally think – completely eradicating the problem holding you back,” Toime said.
Who is RTT for?
According to Toime, she has been able to demonstrate consistently successful results for a broad range of clientele that not only include world-class athletes, business leaders and celebrities, but also people that experience significant and complex deep-rooted traumas.
Do my issues align with RTT practices?
“At Forestt the main issues I tackle include childhood problems and trauma, recovery from toxic relationships and alignment with loving relationships, self esteem and confidence issues, emotional eating, freedom from addiction including smoking, alcoholism, shopping, drugs and gambling, depression, career goals, and leading an extraordinary life,” Toime added.
“However, I have also seen incredible results for patients dealing with emotional, psychological and psychosomatic problems including anxiety, eating disorders and weight problems, money blocks, fertility issues, unexplained physical ailments, sleeping problems and insomnia, public speaking, giving birth, and achieving goals.”
How many sessions does it take to feel results?
“I believe that life is too short to always be in therapy. The great thing about RTT Hypnotherapy is that I get profound results in one to three intensive sessions, depending on the issue and individual backgrounds. And if you don’t believe me, I say come in and give it a try!” Toime said.
“Many of my clients keep coming back because they love it and they want to step up to lead a more extraordinary life and reach higher goals, but I don’t look to keep my clients coming back. I aim to set them free to go out and live a great life.”
Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Forestt – RTT Hypnotherapy offers in-person and Zoom consultations. Their results driven approach combines hypnotherapy with CBT, EMDR, regression, as well as psychotherapy. Unlike other forms of therapy, RTT gets profound results in one to three intensive sessions – depending on the issue and the individual’s background.
