North Melbourne based personal training studio, MetroBody Fitness, has launched Melbourne’s first 24-hour, 7-day mobile personal training service, MetroPro, in order to provide Melbourne professionals with a more flexible and tailored day and night gym alternative.
With the rise of 24-hour gyms, MetroPro serves as a premium solution to unsupervised training; providing office executives, shift workers and time-poor professionals with a tailored workout program to suit less conventional working schedules.
Devised and managed by a qualified MetroBody Fitness personal trainer, each workout program is specific to each client’s personal workout goals and can be executed at the home, office or local park, day or night.
Founder of MetroBody Fitness and freelance health and fitness writer, Christopher Gregoriou, developed the one-on-one MetroPro program in an attempt to combat unsupervised workout practices and provide all Melburnians, regardless of lifestyle, with a personalised fitness program.
“In today’s fast-paced society, Australians face a number of daily work, family, and personal commitments, which can challenge their health and fitness goals. “With the launch of MetroPro, we choose to embrace those challenges and develop a tailored health and fitness plan that acknowledges each client’s circumstances,” Christopher said.
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, 60% of Australians are recording less than 30 minutes of physical exercise per day due to a range of restrictions, including current health status. MetroPro also serves to bridge this gap by allowing body-conscious individuals the opportunity to make positive health and fitness changes in a safe and private environment of their choosing.
MetroPro is available to Victorian residents up to 20km from the CBD and includes a range of cardio, resistance and functional training programs.
