A new boutique spin studio, InspireCycle, has just launched in Teneriffe, bringing an all-new energising and invigorating workout to Brisbane. Taking indoor spin classes to a whole new level, InspireCycle takes riders on a 45-minute breathtaking, music-thumping journey of the mind, body and soul.
With a team of six passionate instructors, all with unique backgrounds in performing arts and competitive athlete training, InspireCycle is anything but your average spin class.
The InspireCycle experience is a solid 45-minute cardio and full body workout on a bike. You will work hard but you’ll have fun doing it—spurred on by fierce beats, adrenalin, and a room full of supporters. You’ll finish the class energised and mentally prepared to tackle the tasks ahead.
Founder of InspireCycle, Kate Stocks says, “Mark (my husband) and I launched InspireCycle because we wanted to create a whole body and mind experience. Our aim was to build a space where from the moment you step foot in the studio, you feel as though you’ve left the world at the front door. The studio energy, layout (even down to the dim lighting and signature lemongrass scented candles) has been designed to take our guests away from the outside world, to focus entirely on themselves in the here and now”.
According to Kate, “Not only do you burn up to 500 – 700 calories a class, get your heart pumping and sweating up a storm. But you will also leave the studio mentally recharged and with a feeling of empowerment. Our workouts and in-class coaching is designed to give you a killer combination of endorphin rush and inspiration, in a supportive team environment”.
Located in the heart of Teneriffe on 76 Commercial Road, InspireCycle is open 7 days a week with classes spanning 5:30am in the morning to 7:30pm at night.
