CORE+: High Intensity Group Fitness Classes You’ll Love

I don’t know what you guys know about my fitness levels, but let me tell you that they are definitely sub-par. I was under the impression I was at a nice average fitness level, until trying out CORE+ in Port Melbourne, and let me tell you that I was incredibly wrong.

Actually, let me rephrase that by saying that I tried out a TEASER class. That’s right, I didn’t even do a full class and I could still feel every abdominal muscle in pain when I breathed the next day. To say the least, I definitely got a better workout than what I do trying to force myself to go to the gym each day.

However reader, don’t let this deter you from trying it out for yourself! We did a mini reformer class followed by a mat pilates teaser class and it was such a fun workout. Being an absolute novice to pilates I had no idea what to expect, but the trainers at CORE+ talk you through every step of the way and make sure you’re getting the most out fo the workout while still having a blast.

Amy, the brains behind the franchise has years of experience and training under her belt, and has curated a variety of classes that will challenge your body and mind, while adding a fun modern twist. With studios dotted around Melbourne in locations like East Malvern, Hawthorn East, Preston and the newest addition, Port Melbourne, CORE+ is the perfect reason to cancel that gym membership and start enjoying your workouts again.
