Bronte Cucina is a boutique, casual and intimate beachside dining ristorante in Sydney. Offering quality food in a relaxed atmosphere with professional service, Bronte Cucina also has wonderful views of Bronte Beach to match.
Chef Alessandro Cola (ex Pendolino and Cipri) has created a menu comprised of authentic, rustic Italian dishes with a modern twist and an emphasis on the freshest produce. Alessandro sources truffles, cheeses and meats from Italy and France, as well as an array of ingredients from local sources.
Owner/restaurateur Sandy Bruns, of Swell fame, (Bronte Cucina’s sister restaurant, located next door) met Alessandro last year and immediately fell in love with his food. Bruns decided to create Bronte Cucina to showcase his talent.
Alessandro, a rising star born in Ravenna, Italy, arrived in Sydney three years ago and worked as the head pastry chef at hatted restaurant, Pendolino and then as head chef at Cipri. Alessandro has brought with him his talented team including pasta chef, pastry chef and front of house manager.
