When Memphis comes to mind, many of us find ourselves thinking about the city’s rich history and culture, world renowned music scene and, of course, delicious barbecue. The city has undoubtedly earned its title of the barbecue capital of the world, and although we are unable to travel to experience this and all the city has to offer during this time, the team at the world famous BBQ restaurant Charlie Vergos Rendezvous are giving those at home the chance to create their very own Memphis-style barbecue.

Memphis is home to over 100 barbecue restaurants including the iconic Rendezvous, which has been serving up its unique style barbecue since 1948. A go-to for locals looking for great ribs, the restaurant has also been an attraction for many from around the world who (pre COVID-19) gather to dine in and experience great southern hospitality, and get an authentic taste of what Memphis is so famous for.
