Wizz Fizz is a proud Australian owned and manufactured brand, and has been since it was founded by Arthur Campbell in 1947 – 70 years ago!
Today, it still remains a family owned and run business; producing over 16 million sachets of sherbet each year from the factory in Hallam, Melbourne – that’s enough sherbet to place a sachet on each seat in the MCG every second day!
A truly iconic Australian brand, Wizz Fizz is most well-known for the small plastic spoon hidden inside each sherbet sachet and their delicious sherbet cones filled with mouth-watering Wizz Fizz and topped with marshmallow goodness; often used these days to make Wizz Fizz-inspired cakes.

Introducing…The Wizz Fizz Raspberry Sorbet Wine Spritzer 🍹
You will need:
1 x sachet of Wizz Fizz Sherbet Raspberry sorbet
Sweet white wine (e.g. Moscato)
Ginger Ale
Fresh Raspberries
And then it’s as easy as:
1. Sprinkle half a sachet of Wizz Fizz Sherbet into a wine glass
2. Add two scoops of sorbet
3. Pour the white wine over the sherbet and sorbet until the glass is 3⁄4 of the way full
4. Top up with ginger ale. Keep an eye out for excess fizz!
5. Garnish with raspberries and the remaining Wizz Fizz Sherbet
