Wake up everyday to this incredibly healthy muesli. Not only does it taste delicious for breakfast, it is also a great snack.
Ingredients:
¾ cup rolled oats
2 tbsp. Banaban Virgin Coconut Oil
2 tbsp. pepitas
½ cup unsalted macadamias
½ cup Banaban Organic Coconut Sugar
2 tbsp. Banaban Organic Coconut Nectar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ cup Banaban Organic Toasted Chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Combine oats and coconut oil in a bowl. Then spread evenly over onto a large baking tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until brown then remove from the oven.
- Returns oats to a mixing bowl, then add macadamias, pepitas, coconut sugar, nectar syrup and cinnamon until the mixture is thoroughly coated.
- Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes to roast, stirring occasionally if needed.
- Once finished baking, allow cooling then add toasted chips and seal in a jar or airtight container.
- Serve with fresh coconut yoghurt and strawberries. Enjoy!
