Each Monday in August, Melbourne’s favourite underground dining adventures Private Dining Room will partner with Messer to host a series of special dinners, each catered by a curated team of some of Australia’s hottest talent.
Each week will feature a collaborative five course menu with paired beverages from a chef, pastry chef and sommelier or winemaker team.
Interstate visitors include Chef Paul Farag from Josh Niland’s Fish Butchery in Sydney and, from South Australia, The Summertown Artologist’s Brianna Smith and Penny Hill Winery’s Chris Chilvers.
Melburnian participants include winemakers Jasmine Wakely (Le Timbre Wines) and Brodie Comer (upcoming Yugen Wines), pastry chefs Kay-Lene Tan (Tonka) and Eigin Ting (L’Hotel Gitan), as well as members of the Messer home team.
