Your fave gelato is now available Bayside. Yep, you read correctly – Piccolina has this week opened a third location, just as Melbourne’s temps are finally on the rise. How apt.
The newest sweet spot can be found on Acland Street, just a hop skip and jump away from the St Kilda foreshore. What better way to enjoy a balmy evening’s stroll along the sand than with your one true love in hand? (We’re talking about a single scoop of Better Than Nutella, FYI.)
It’s not all gelato, though. Piccolina St Kilda also serves their signature granitas and stocks a number of decadent and deliciously ‘grammable cakes. Just in case you’re throwing a last minute birthday party. Or you just love cake.
The shopfront is not dissimilar to the Piccolina Gelaterias you know and love on Smith Street and Glenferrie Road, but the Acland Street outpost has a more intimate, seaside feel. The shopfront has a window that opens out to the street so customers can enjoy the sea air and village vibes of St Kilda from the bar.
