14 days of cheese have launched their limited edition all Australian Easter pack. A curated pack of cheeses from local award winning cheese makers and chocolate from Koko Black.
The pack features cheese from Boatshed Cheese (Dromana), Berry Creek Gourmet Cheeses (Gippsland), Maffra Cheese Co. (Gippsland) and Woombye Cheese Company (Sunshine Coast), along with a selection of Easter chocolates from Koko Black.
“In developing this limited edition pack for Easter we wanted to support local cheese makers who are experiencing a decline in sales due to COVID-19. As small businesses we are all doing it tough and banding together to help each other out,” says Maria Crews, Founder of 14 Days of Cheese.
Who is behind 14 Days of Cheese?
A small events and hospitality business based in Melbourne. They run a cafe at AFL House as well as events and food festivals. Both of their businesses have been hit hard with the COVID-19 situation, they have closed the cafe and all their events have been cancelled (including 30 cheese events). To survive, they have developed a product that brings a taste of their event experiences to people at home and will keep their team employed.
How does it work?
Consumers place pre-order and they will deliver direct to their homes between 9th – 11th April, just in time for Easter. Each pack contains a selection of artisanal cheeses and chocolate. Most importantly, all their cheeses come in their original retail packaging. We do not open or touch the cheeses.
All deliveries are done contactless, they text you on approach and will leave the delivery outside for you to collect. Place orders before 2pm for next day delivery.
