Designed by founder Brenton Lang and head chef Tori Bicknell, each menu item reflects Rustica’s impeccable quality and time honoured baking techniques. Lang explained, “We have placed a huge focus on the menu being efficient and delicious while ensuring our faster turnaround times never impact the Rustica experience.”
While longtime Rustica fans will catch glimpses of their classic Fitzroy charm, Rustica Rialto’s menu features bold new dishes including dill cured ocean trout, chilli labneh, garlic pangrattato and heirloom vegetable salad with baked truss tomato and ricotta. Brunch lovers will flock to the mouthwatering blueberry porridge with hazelnuts and cacao and delicious vine fruit toast topped with fresh figs, feta, asparagus and hazelnuts. Time poor? An array of deli sandwiches, fresh salad options and delectable pastries are also on offer.
