The ever expanding group of restaurants formerly known as The Press Club Group now named The Made Establishment Group will present a new gastronomic sensation for Taste of Melbourne 2011. The seven restaurants in the group – The Press Club, Maha, Hellenic Republic, St Katherine’s, P M 24, Little Press & Cellar and the soon to be opened, Mama Baba have landed together to offer a degustation menu with a difference – one signature dish from each restaurant – a 30 minute taste bud tantaliser served with selected wines. In an event first, guests will graze on a bespoke menu created by each of the Group’s award winning restaurants within a specially designed private dining room . Seats for these sessions are strictly limited and will be much sought after, so book early to ensure your place at the table.
And that’s not all, the lineup of producers and purveyors provide a mouthwatering accompaniment to the restaurants. Keep a keen eye peeled for jams, chutneys, relishes and sauces at Jam Lady, Black Forrest Farm Shop, Hot n Spicy and Roza’s Gourmet Spices.
