Famous for raising the bar of dessert offerings in Melbourne, Om Nom is set to get playful at this year’s Melbourne Food and Wine Festival with a surprising new menu.
Executive Pastry Chef Jo Ward and Head Savoury Chef Darren Jones have been experimenting as Jo injects savoury flavours into dessert canapes, and Darren raids Jo’s ingredients to create savoury dishes with sweet twists.
