With lines stretching all the way to the Yarra River upon opening, HWKR is once again pushing the culinary envelope with its ‘Taste of HWKR’ winter event, a celebration of five culinary stars in one stunning venue.
HWKR have handpicked a world-class line-up for an unforgettable ‘one night only’ experience on the 13th of June, fulfilling their promise to always deliver something new and exciting to Melbourne foodies. This is a night not to be missed!
Melbourne bred stars Wonderbao will be serving up their bestselling ‘Cracking Pork Belly Gua Bao’, while Khao’s tender fall off the bone ‘Filipino Roasted Lamb Ribs’ will definitely leave you wanting more. 2017 Masterchef winner, Diana Chan will also be dishing up her famous ‘Satay Chicken’- a close guarded family secret because it is just that good! Seafood lovers will delight in a taste of Maine, with Pinchy’s ‘Alaskan King Crab’ bun, served with a side of fries.
Sydney heroes, Messina have created a dessert like no other for the event. ‘Puff Puff Pastry’ is an addictive concoction of sour cream gelato, caramelised puff pastry, and chewy caramel. Guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Wash each delectable bite down with a lovingly crafted ‘Thai Milk Tea’ or ‘Pinky Lime Soda’ from manymore. Vegetarian options are also on offer, so nobody misses out.
