To celebrate Australia’s vibrant wine diversity, The Lincoln will host a cellar door event on Sunday, April 24 with an array of Australian and international wines for guests to taste and purchase on the day.
As well as featuring local drops from acclaimed wineries such as Mac Forbes from the Yarra Valley and Adam Foster’s Syrahmi from Heathcote, national wine supplier Bibendum will be showcasing some further afield wineries.
In addition to the stellar line-up of wine, a range of craft beer and local spirits will also be on offer, ideal for relaxed Sunday sipping. Alongside the wineries, there will be La Sirene Brewing showcasing Costa Nikias’ handcrafted boutique saisons.
Barrow Boys Brewing, West Winds Gin and Tromba Tequila will also all be present on the day.
The Lincoln team will be on hand to ensure a fun afternoon, be sure you come down for a chat and to taste some of Australia’s best small producers of beer, wine and spirits.
Local drops can be sampled alongside Head Chef Lachlan Cameron’s succulent suckling pig rolls with pickled cabbage and apple sauce.
The Lincoln’s full menu will also be available for snacking or feasting, including tasty treats such as fried chicken ribs with ranch sauce and spanner crab on house made corn crackers.
The kitchen will be open from noon until 10pm, with complimentary corkage for diners purchasing bottles onsite. Doors will swing open at 12pm until 4pm and entry will be free for all to enjoy.
