Served on a wooden tray, Mist in the Woods is a glorious culmination of rosewater-infused hot chocolate, raspberry-topped ice-cream and two beasts of marshmallows ready to be roasted on an open (controlled and miniature) fire. Yes, you read that right: there is a legitimate fire blazing on your plate. How very cool, and arguably romantic.

‘Starting with a 51% Belgian couverture chocolate, we make our own proprietary hot chocolate powder by hand blending 4 different types of spices with the chocolate, following our secret recipe.’
