Carrying on the legacy of Melbourne’s much-loved Saigon Sally, Windsor’s newest dining hotspot BKK, by the Commune Group, will offer a Bottomless Brunch with a Thai twist every Sunday.
Appealing to fans of a laidback lunch or those who want to carry on their Saturday night mischief, BKK’s brunch offering sees a Thai banquet or a la carte menu option accompanied by free flowing beverages and ’80s tunes.
Bubbles, beer and Aperol Spritz will compliment the punchy flavours of popular dishes such as grilled pork skewers with soy, white pepper, condensed milk glaze and nam jim jaew or the rice noodles with prawns, chilli, basil and snake beans, created by head chef Sean Judd. For $69pp, diners will be treated to a chef’s selection of five dishes including two hours of unlimited beer, bubbles and spritz. Diners can also pair dishes from the a la carte menu with two hours of endless booze from just $35pp.
“Bottomless brunch is still so popular overseas and Saigon Sally was one of the first restaurants in Melbourne to introduce the trend in 2015. It was important when launching BKK that we continued this Sunday tradition,” says Commune co-director Simon Blacher.
BKK will be taking bookings for groups of all sizes from 12pm every Sunday.
