COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on our lifestyles – we’re staying in (and we implore you to, as well). Life has changed. Drastically. While it’s not permanent, it’s a big shift, and we’re all feeling it. While you’re doing the right thing (spatial and social distancing + self isolating), we’re updating you with what you need to know about all the things you love. How you can still eat, drink, consume, watch and buy the things that bring you joy. How you can continue to support Australian businesses, artists, creators, makers and more. How you can stay amused, active, educated and entertained at home. How we can all stay connected to the things that make us us.
As we head into winter – the season seafood is at its best – the new ‘Pinchy’s-At-Home’ takeaway menu from Pinchy’s Champagne & Lobster Bar offers a selection of tasty and nutritious dishes to enjoy at home.
With many proven health benefits, there is no better time to add seafood into your diet and the Pinchy’s menu has warming winter dishes catering for families and solo diners with soups, stews, pies, fresh fish and soulful desserts.
New dishes and old favourites on Executive Chef Pierre Khodja’s new Pinchy’s-At-Home menu include:
- Soups – Mussel Chowder; Artichoke Chestnuts
- Mains – Snapper Croquettes; Pinchy’s Lobster Roll; Grilled Snapper; Fisherman’s Stew; Crab Taco; Seafood Bastilla (pie); Pinchy’s Paella
- Vegetarian – Mixed Field Mushrooms
- Vegan – Lentil Salad
- Sides – Truffle Fries; Green Beans; Cos Lettuce; Eggplant Chips
- Desserts – Fruit Crumble; Chocolate Mousse
“The Pinchy’s-At-Home menu I have created is a more substantial offering that comforts during the colder months. Like everyone, I’ve been cooking at home, but have particularly missed cooking for others so am excited to be back in the restaurant,” says Khodja.
“I’m looking forward to seeing what will overtake the Lobster Roll and Crab Croquettes as the most popular items on the menu.”
When it comes to drinks, Pinchy’s will offer its signature bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne along with an extensive drinks list that includes sparkling, white and red wines, beer and cider.
In addition to the above, to celebrate the launch of Pinchy’s new takeaway and delivery menu, each order made through Pinchy’s website between Tuesday 28 April and Monday 4 May will go into the draw to win a ‘Take Home Chef’ experience which will see Executive Chef Pierre Khodja cook an intimate dinner for four at the winner’s house (post-Covid).
The Pinchy’s-At-Home menu is available via Pinchy’s website, and available for pick up in-house and through many delivery providers such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
