Four Pillars has teamed up with some of the country’s best producers and a range of partners to bring the taste of summer to top-notch venues and events around the country. After a fairly ordinary 2020 we’re starting the year as we intend to continue, serving up great gin drinks to as many people as we can.
Below is a snapshot of where you can enjoy a seriously good gin drink over summer, or head in and say hello to Four Pillars at their home in Healesville with the Four Pillars Distillery now reopened, or if you’re in Sydney, head into the Sydney Laboratory for a masterclass or a drink at Eileen’s Bar.
Four Pillars Distillery
Welcome back to Healesville! Grab a paddle of mini-G&Ts or sip on a seasonal gin cocktail in the new Four Pillars gin garden. Our retail store is also open so that you can stock up on all things ginny to take home.
Makers Sessions and the ever-popular G&T(&T) session will be running in the Mezzanine bar throughout January. In Makers sessions, you’ll be making the (you guessed it) summery Summer Gin – a limited time only gin for the summer with tons of fresh ingredients including red currants, limes, long red chillies, lemongrass and Thai basil.

Four Pillars Sydney Laboratory
Head in to the Four Pillars Sydney Lab for a Gin Masterclass, Makers Session or a cocktail at Eileen’s Bar.
In Makers sessions, you’ll be making the (you guessed it) summery Summer Gin – a limited time only gin for the summer with tons of fresh ingredients including red currants, limes, long red chillies, lemongrass and Thai basil.
There is a summertime special themed cocktail masterclass, Patio Pounders, available to book throughout January and February. A little bit of madness, a lot of fun and some delicious drinking for Summer in the Sun. Jimmy Irvine will show you how to make two “patio pounders” (you can drink them too, fear not) and you’ll get some snacks, some chat and if you’re good, a seat at the bar in Eileen’s for afters.
For a limited time only, the legendary in Healesville but never before seen in Sydney, Four Pillars Gin Summer Happy Hour Paddle Afternoon Fun Time is also on offer. That means you can get yourself a gin paddle with three of our favourite gins, each in their own little glass with some fabulous garnish and a bottle of good tonic for $16.00. You can enjoy one from 3-5pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in January.

FPQT – Four Pillars X QT Hotels
Building on the success of last year’s FPQT Secret Garden at QT Melbourne, Four Pillars is now proudly the Australian Gin pour across all QT hotels nationwide and there is plenty of fun ways to drink your favourite gin tipple.
FPQT Secret Garden is back at QT Melbourne (you’ll find it on the rooftop through the back-kitchen door – seriously), which is arguably the city’s best spot to drink cocktails under the stars and features another menu packed with even more delicious gin drinks.
At QT Sydney, guests are welcome to book FPQT Cinema Club, with a program of crowd-pleasing blockbusters and guilty pleasures all handpicked by Four Pillars’ own resident film buff, Matt Jones. James Irvine’s created a drinks menu all inspired by movie genres and even the snacks get a gin glow up, with gin salted popcorn. Available for private bookings only.
Meanwhile at QT Canberra, QT Perth and QT Falls Creek, find the Four Pillars bar at each hotel for some fresh al- fresco gin drinks, available all summer long.
There’ll be more surprises coming early this year… but we’ll have to keep that on the QT!

Sydney Festival – Allowed & Local
In 2021 Four Pillars is proud to be partnering with Sydney Festival in inviting audiences back to share in the joy of live music, and support Sydney’s live music venues for the first Allowed & Local program.
Delicious Rare Dry G+Ts and Bloody & Lemons are on the menu, as venues such as Marly Bar, The Vanguard, The Factory, The Lansdowne and The Old 505 Theatre play host to iconic Sydney bands, solo artists and DJs.
Allowed & Local will be taking over the Inner west, Surry Hills and Darlinghurst on Fri 15 – Sat 16 January, and Parramatta on 23 January. Four Pillars drinks will also be available at festival bars, including their new hub at the Headland at Barangaroo Reserve.

Gin + Film
Four Pillars is back for a third Summer Gin + Film festival at Thornbury Picture House (VIC) and Golden Age Cinema, Surry Hills (NSW).
From February, Wednesdays at Golden Age Cinema and Thursdays at Thornbury Picture House mean iconic summer classics, red hot favourites, and cool cult cinema, all presented by Four Pillars.
As ever, each week Four Pillars will be pouring a different summer drink matched to the film of the evening, perfect for sipping on while watching a movie. There will be Perfect G+Ts, Olive Leaf Gintonics, Ginger Mules, Bloody & Lemons and Negronis.

Flickerfest
Heading to Flickerfest this summer? Come say hello at the bar, with Four Pillars on board for the festival’s 30th anniversary as the Exclusive Spirit Partner.
There will be a range of gin drinks on offer to enjoy alongside the line-up of incredible Aussie and international short films. Enjoy our favourite signature summer serves like Perfect G&Ts with Rare Dry Gin, Navy Strength Ginger Mules and Bloody & Lemons.
This year’s festival runs from 22 January to 31 January at the North Park lawn at Bondi Beach.
