‘Champagne Sundays’ has launched at Bistro Guillaume, featuring bottomless Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne NV.

Guests can relish the warmer days with a touch of Parisian culture as Chef Guillaume Brahami’s signature dishes whisk them away to the streets of France.

Diners can leisurely sip their way through the afternoon while enjoying a two-course lunch, starting with entrees such as freshly shucked oysters and twice-baked souffle, followed by mains including Parisian gnocchi with courgettes, watercress and sheep’s ricotta and Lakes Entrance John Dory with mussels and Kombu butter.
