Delilah One Piece $120
Emerging swimwear label ‘Aina (pronounced eye-ee-nah) has launched a range of luxe separates perfect for all your summer Insta feed needs.
The debut collection, named INCANDESCENCE, boasts a number of sleek pieces in bold, shiny hues that’ll make you stand out among the waves.
Simple (and skimpy) cuts come as an homage to Brazilian bikini traditions, covering less skin in an aim to accentuate all distinctions known to female form.
The collection’s core tenet is minimalism, with cuts embracing natural shapes and curve lines, a choice founder Claire Hall made in the hope to support positive body image for young girls and women, globally.
Hall says she decided to feature bright shades like royal blue and burnt orange because she saw an emerging trend of monotonous colours in swimwear.
“I grew up in suburban Australia, and was motivated to produce a swimwear collection from my love for the ocean and my travels to tropical destinations and hot climates,” says Hall. “For my brand, I wanted to design pieces that are simple and minimal but have the mix and match ability of essentials with a creative edge.”
‘Aina’s debut collection, INCANDESCENCE, is available online, at ainaswim.com.
