Original womenswear label, Harvest Lane, has unveiled its first Winter Collection, following on from the release of its popular launch collection in October 2015.
Designed with an Australian Winter in mind and an urge to shake up Melbourne’s usual cold-
weather dress-code, the latest collection features the label’s trademark penchant for colour, introducing five more of its exclusive, custom-designed prints.
These original prints are inspired by natural snow scapes and are used across five styles of dresses, tops and shirts, with a sixth, denim dress featuring embroidery detailing instead.
The new print pieces feature a thicker, winter-friendly 100% rayon fabric, which is pre-enzyme washed to eliminate fading and see wearers right through the season.
These are easy-to-style, casual designs that work just as well during the day as they do after dark.
The Winter Collection has launched online at www.harvestlane.com.au and in each of the Design A Space retail stores.
It’s been almost a decade since Bec helped launch the first of the Design A Space stores – a constantly evolving fashion hub where designers can showcase their more creative wares. With three stores across Melbourne, the project last year came full circle, with Bec drawing on her years of retail and design experience to create the original Harvest Lane label.
