Look around. You may notice our sun kissed country is blushing. Yes, that’s right, Australia is officially pink and it’s all in the name of breast cancer. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and this year there are more ways than ever to get involved.
With breast cancer affecting 1 in 9 Australian women, chances are you or someone you love will be touched by the breast cancer cause. The National Breast Cancer Foundation is targeting breast cancer awareness throughout the month of October and some of our favourite Aussie brands, companies and people are getting involved to lend a helping hand.
So read on dear Onya-ettes and find your favourite way to support the cause – may I recommend snacking on some limited edition pink and white M&M’s as you go? They’re for the cause after all…
David Jones
Honouring it’s long standing partnership with the foundation, David Jones is calling for Aussies to shop pink by purchasing a pink ribbon, a charity bear or donating directly to the foundation at any David Jones register nation-wide.
