Having grown up in the fashion industry, Colette, founder of sass+co. Body was witness to young women’s slavish pursuit of unrealistic body ideals. Colette chose to reject the the fashion world and pursued a career as a Shiatsu practitioner, where she would also produce natural skincare formulas to further enhance her holistic practice. As the years passed, her passion for ethical and sustainable quality became greater than a commitment to natural ingredients. She found her love for all fashion and beauty re-emerged, but on her own terms, promoting individuality, empowerment, and a voice of reason amongst a sea of unrealistic beauty expectations.
