All mineral, all natural, all Australian, La Glam cosmetics is one of the few brands out there that can boast 100% all mineral products (except their mascara, due to it being waterproof). I love mineral make up, particularly a quality foundation powder as it is the perfect solution to my general dislike of wearing foundation – it looks and feels natural and doesn’t clog my tempestuous pores.
Mineral Powder Foundation
Definitely a more pleasing product than many of the mineral foundation powders I‘ve come up against, ever since I converted a couple of years back. It’s a good texture – nice density, as opposed to some powders that are so lightweight it is pointless using them. This powder provides good coverage and a nice, overall evening out of the skin tone.
As always, I recommend using a kabuki brush to apply mineral foundation powder – dip it into the powder and tap the bottom of the brush on the palm of your hand to help the powder settle into the brush.

Mineral Blush
The mineral blush is a tad too sparkly for my liking, but that’s not to say it isn’t a quality product. Available in two shades – Sweet Cheeks and Doll Face – I popped Doll Face on the apples of a fair skinned friend of mine and it gave a lovely glow. There’s a hint of purple through the pink, which makes for a nice change in Winter, or for night make up and, as with the foundation, a good density – so a little goes a long way.
Mascara – Blackwater
Not a particularly generous mascara – so if you’re wanting out and out big lashes, then this probably isn’t for you. It does, however, separate the lashes and it’s a nice, rich black; a good, subtle product for day-wear. Note that the mascara isn’t 100% mineral due to chemicals needed to make it waterproof.
