What inspired you to get involved with What’s My Claim Worth?
I was looking for a new challenge having delivered significant national expansion and revenue growth in my previous role. After understanding what What’s my claim Worth was setting out to achieve (and do differently) I was motivated to become part of the team. I was also interested in becoming part of a smaller, more tight-knit team and play an important part in the success of the business; as well as the opportunity to work with a very diverse and passionate team.
Tell us about your career and background.
I come from a finance, strategy and business development background. Earlier on in my career I worked in print advertising, moving into finance management, ending up back in sales prior to starting with WMCW where I held the position of head of sales for a large national medico legal business which offered medico legal reports and disbursement funding. This role involved me managing relationships with personal injury law firms and doctors across Australia. This experience enabled me to bring a large number of industry contacts along with building an intimate understanding of the personal injury market to WMCW.

Have a clear understanding of the product and believe in it.
Understand your role in the business.
Be adaptable – take on what you can, help out where you can, don’t expect to only do the role you were hired for.

What’s next for you, and What’s My Claim Worth?
I plan to continue being a part of the expanding WMCW team. WMCW is constantly pivoting and adapting our product based off market and client demands. As I am writing this, we are focusing on expanding our product offering to cover other types of personal injury claims such as Motor vehicle accident claims and workers compensation claims.
