Tell us about Bitesoft Co.
Bitesoft was founded on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, in 2018, with a vision to revolutionise teeth straightening treatments by leveraging modern technology and strategic partnerships with dentists across Australia. Our mission is to provide a convenient and affordable solution for individuals seeking effective and affordable teeth alignment. While I’m not a dentist myself, my family has a strong background in orthodontics, owning labs across the world, influencing my passion for creating a brand that makes a visible impact on people’s lives.
What inspired you to start Bitesoft Co?
We recognised a gap in the market and sought to bring a fresh and bold perspective to the clear aligner category in Australia. Bitesoft aims to break the social and economic barrier those face when seeking a teeth straightening treatment. We want to shape a category that is ripe for innovation. Our commitment is to create a visible consumer brand that stands out from the rest, providing Australians with an accessible and effective solution for achieving a confident smile
What advice do you have for those wanting to start a business?
First, thoroughly research and identify a unique market gap. Understand your audience’s needs to provide a standout solution. Second, build a strong network with talented individuals for collaborative and innovative growth. Lastly, control the controllable, don’t sweat the small stuff because if you can’t control it don’t worry about it.
What’s next for you, and Bitesoft Co?
We will be steering heavily towards our BitesoftPro in clinic service. Currently being in 2 markets (Australia and New Zealand) we will keep expanding and growing across the two countries and continue to provide affordable straight smiles with easy access to expert dentists through the BitesoftPro platform. We will continue to upgrade our technology, partner with more clinicians across the two markets, but we’ll never stop focusing on patient experience and how we can innovate and enhance their Bitesoft journey, because at the end of the day our consumers’ positive experience is what got us here in the first place.
