If you’re interested in climate change, the ETS, and what’s going to happen in Copenhagen, then THINK! Thursdays at Denmark House are for you.
Aptly titled, ‘Countdown to Copenhagen’ is a series of thought-provoking conversations inspired by short presentations from guest speakers at Denmark House in Melbourne. Participants discuss issues surrounding the Copenhagen summit COP15; the United Nations Climate Change Conference taking place from the 7-18 of December in Copenhagen.
In anticipation of the 2012 Kyoto protocol expiration, global minds will meet to discuss plans at COP15 in Copenhagen; Melbourne minds can also meet to ponder the future of the world’s environment at THINK! Thursdays.
These social events are open for all to attend (members as well as non-members), allowing guests the opportunity to experience the unique designer interior of the newly established Denmark House venue. The evenings encourage you to open your mind, your eyes and find your voice: to immerse yourself in stimulating discussion with other guests.
Registration for THINK! Thursdays is via the Denmark House website where attendees submit a response to ‘what are you THINK!ng?’. This will be included on name badges to encourage more interesting conversation and networking.
