City hotspot Fatto Bar and Cantina is set to spring into the warmer months with an Italian riverside fiesta, launching bottomless rosé every Sunday through October.
Ideal for a leisurely long lunch, the latest offering will see patrons dine alfresco style on the terrace overlooking Melbourne’s iconic skyline, complete with a live DJ, endless rosé, and Fatto’s signature Spring feasting menu full of Italian favourites.
Designed to be enjoyed amongst friends, Head Chef James Kummrow’s menu is fresh, light and the perfect accompaniment to a chilled glass of rosé, or three.
Menu highlights include citrus cured King Salmon tartare with melon, ricotta and Prosecco pears, charcuterie, Cone Bay Barramundi with smoked yoghurt and asparagus, as well as Fatto’s much-loved spanner crab spaghettini.
Diners wishing to book bottomless rosé will have two seating time options, 12pm or 2:30pm, with each seating spanning across a two hour period.
Rosé connoisseurs will be delighted with Fairbank Rosé made by Sutton Grange’s Melanie Chester – the recent winner of Young Gun of Wine’s 2018 People’s Choice award and previously recognised by Gourmet Traveller as a Young Winemaker of The Year. Coup de Genie, a light and dry style rosé hailing from Saint Tropez in Provence will also be available.
Fatto will be taking bookings for the rosé offering for groups of four or more.
