Not one to forget the drinks, Pontoon has created the ultimate cocktail list for the boozy brunch. To get patrons moving again there’s the ‘Frespresso’ – Kahlua, vodka and freshly brewed espresso coffee; or to spice things up, the Sriracha and candied bacon Bloody Mary; purists might be up for the ‘Breakfast Martini’ – gin, cointreau, orange marmalade, simple syrup, lemon juice, orange rind, or a more traditional mimosa.
Spritzers are also on the menu thanks to Perrier at $15 each, with new Pontoon flavours including;
- Elderflower Spritz – elderflower liquor, Prosecco, Perrier sparkling water and mint leaves
- Frose Spritz – muddled strawberries, Aperol, vodka, Perrier sparkling water and a lemon wedge
- Blackberry Spritz – Chambord, Prosecco, Perrier sparkling water, blueberry garnish
Not to forget the ultimate Aperol spritz, ever popular at Pontoon.
On warm weekends, patrons can eat on the beachside deck with a side of people-watching or on chillier days cosy up inside with blankets and heating, letting the ocean views wash away any sins from the night before.
Brunch will be available each Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 2pm at Pontoon.
