Alright, alright, we all know I’m head over heels for La Svolta.
But I need you to know something: they’ve launched their summer menu and it’s goooooooood.
The family trattoria will still be dishing up the signature favourites – margherita pizza, nutella pizza and quinoa arancini balls – but there are some mouth watering new additions to the menu.
Provolone pizza topped with fior di latte mozzarella, provolone, mixed mushrooms and salami (I die) and paesana pizza with fior di latte mozzarella, leek, potatoes and taleggio (you die). Pop in and you’ll also get to meet ‘Linda’; S. Marzano tomato, bocconcini, cherry tomatoes, rocket, prosciutto di Parma and shaved parmigiano (we all die).
The menu also features primi dishes such as Pappadelle al Ragu’ di Agnello; homemade pappardelle with slow cooked lamb, olive and mushroom ragu, Conchiglie ai Fruitti di Mare; conchiglie (shell pasta) with fresh mussels, clams, prawns and crab meat in a garlic and napoli sauce, and secondi dishes such as Nonno Carlo’s Braciole; beef topside medallions, marinated in lemon, olive oil and oregano, crumbed and chargrilled with tomato, onion and rocket salad served with salmorigano.

This local favourite in the heart of Hampton will be pumping over summer, and you’d be mad not to be a part of it.
