Starting this Friday 19 January, the Adelphi Rooftop will be serving a selection of Four Pillars cocktails from 5pm until 9pm every Friday night.
Imagine this: tunes, views and drinks while watching the sunset, poolside. It’s the only way to end the working week and shimmy into the weekend.
Four Pillars brand ambassador and talented bartender Samuel Ng has used the range of Four Pillars Gin’s award-winning distillations to create a number of chilled cocktails to celebrate summer.
There’s a dedicated G&T menu with different hero garnishes, jugs of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin & Bitter Lemon, and an Adelphi Gin Spritz – just to name a few!
To go with the list of summer-style tipples, the chefs at Om Nom Kitchen have come up with a selection of barbecue snacks to fuel revellers through the evening.
“We’ve been working throughout the winter to ensure our pool deck is ready for when the sun comes out again,” said Adelphi Hotel’s Managing Director Dion Chandler.
“It’s such an important part of the hotel’s atmosphere and we’re really excited our guests are able to enjoy it again. This partnership is a great way to welcome our roof deck back into the fray.”
This is Adelphi’s first collaboration with Four Pillars Gin, the Healesville distillery that has won accolades all over the world.
Four Pillars’ range utilises a combination of native Australian botanicals – such as Tasmanian pepperberry and lemon myrtle, Mediterranean citrus and Asian spices to create a number of unique products. The team has used the Rare Dry Gin, Spiced Negroni Gin, Navy Strength Gin and Bloody Shiraz Gin to come up with a range of cocktails bound to become summer classics.
Each Friday night session runs for four hours, from 5pm to 9pm. Capacity is limited, so make sure you arrive early to get the best position by the pool.
